Unlike most standard CSM offerings, we go well beyond basics of Scrum and offer "Agile at Scale", an 8-hour add-on advanced training covering agile and lean principles and practices for multi-team scaled environments and settings. "Agile at Scale" training curriculum has  been curated from years of hands-on experience and learnings from success and failure stories, gathered from supporting tens of organisations in their transformation journeys. Agile at Scale takes place regularly as two four-hour sessions on two consecutive days. Participants (if booked as combo) can take any "Agile at Scale" trainings after their CSM.
