Training Description

In this fully interactive training, you'll learn the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum, how to do product development in a complex environment, the ins and outs and intricacies of the Scrum framework, Scrum roles and responsibilities, Scrum Master core competencies, the keys to successful Scrum implementation, and principles and practices of adopting agile and Scrum at scale. This highly interactive training provides you more than just the theory of Scrum. It gives you the confidence and prepares you for your job as a Scrum Master and sets you on your journey to transform yourself and your organisation. Unlike most standard CSM offerings, we go well beyond basics of Scrum and cover "Agile at Scale", an add-on framework-agnostic training covering agile and lean principles and practices and applicable techniques for multi-team scaled environments and settings. "Agile at Scale" training contents have been curated from years of hands-on experience in the trenches and learnings from success and failure stories from supporting many organisations in their transformation journeys. This combo training consists of two training blocks, a 3-day CSM (3 days each 5 hours) followed by "Agile at Scale" training which includes two 4-hour sessions. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions: 1) If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the training, we will refund the booking fee you paid minus any payment processing and bank transfer charges. Past the above threshold, we cannot issue any refund if you cancel. You can, however, choose to attend a future training, provided you inform us at least three days before the start of your booked training. 2) No-Shows and partial attendance will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 3) We reserve the right to change the trainer without prior notice, should it be logistically necessary. 4) In case we have to cancel the training, you'll receive a full refund without deductions, or you can choose to be enrolled at a future training. 5) Our Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and A-CSM trainings and only to bookings done directly with AgileUplift and through AgileUplift's website. If you are not satisfied with your training, you can request a refund latest by the end of the first training session/day, provided that you have actively participated throughout the first training session and have completed pre-training assignments. Refund will exclude any payment processing and bank transfer charges, or certification fees.
